About Deductible Compensation

What is the Deductible Amount for Vehicle Insurance?

■ Kei Cars / Compact Cars
¥1,000... Deductible: ¥50,000 (per 24 hours)

■ Minivans
¥1,000... Deductible: ¥100,000 (per 24 hours)

A deductible amount refers to the portion of the damage cost that must be borne by the insured party. In vehicle insurance, you choose a combination of deductibles for the first and subsequent vehicle accidents.

What Does a ¥100,000 Deductible Mean?
A deductible of ¥100,000 means that in the event of an accident, the customer is responsible for covering ¥100,000 of the repair cost. This is the maximum amount you will have to pay out of pocket.

For example, if the repair cost after an accident is ¥400,000, you will pay ¥100,000, and the remaining ¥300,000 will be covered by the insurance company.

Cases Not Covered by Insurance or Compensation System

※ Any damage exceeding the deductible amount and the compensation limit will be borne by the customer.

Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, or significant dirtiness that requires repair or cleaning of the vehicle, you will be charged the rental fee for the number of days the vehicle is out of service as compensation for loss of business during that period.
